Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to quotations, ready-stock orders and custom-goods orders supplied by New Carton Box.

Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 30 days and may be withdrawn before acceptance. Website submission and automatic email acknowledgement mean we received your request; they do not confirm stock or create an accepted order. A contract is formed only when our team expressly confirms the products, quantities, fulfilment and final total.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are in Singapore dollars. Website prices and availability may change, and obvious errors may be corrected before confirmation. Payment is due using the method and timing agreed in the confirmation. Available methods may include cash, PayNow, PayLah and Vendor@Gov for eligible government buyers. Visa and NETS are not available.
3. Custom and printed goods
Custom work depends on a confirmed specification, quotation, artwork approval where applicable, minimum quantity and agreed payment. Customers are responsible for checking dimensions, quantities, spelling, colours and artwork before approval. Once production starts, custom orders cannot normally be cancelled, changed or returned unless faulty or inconsistent with the confirmed specification.
4. Delivery
Delivery is offered within 3 working days. The delivery fee is $20.00 to $40.00 depending on location and is confirmed before payment. The customer must provide complete access and contact information and ensure someone can receive the goods. Additional charges may apply for redelivery, waiting, restricted access or an incorrect address. Risk passes on delivery; ownership remains with us until full payment where payment is outstanding.
5. Inspection, returns and warranty
Inspect goods promptly and report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours. Other eligible ready-stock returns must be requested within seven days and are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Product defects are governed by our Warranty Policy.
6. Customer materials and intellectual property
You confirm that you have permission to use any logo, artwork, text, design or other material supplied for custom work. You are responsible for claims arising from material you provide. Website content, branding and original materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
7. Liability and events beyond control
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss caused by misuse, unsuitable storage or customer-supplied specifications. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events reasonably beyond our control, but will communicate and take reasonable steps to reduce disruption.
8. Changes, severability and governing law
The version in effect when an order is confirmed applies to that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms are governed by Singapore law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Does submitting the online form create a confirmed order?
No. It creates an order request. The order is accepted only when the team confirms stock, delivery and the final total.
How long is a quotation valid?
Unless the quotation says otherwise, it is valid for 30 days and may be withdrawn before acceptance.
Can a custom order be cancelled after production starts?
Normally no. Custom goods are made to an approved specification and cannot usually be changed or cancelled once production begins.
When does risk in the goods pass to me?
Risk passes when the goods are delivered. Ownership remains with us until full payment where payment is outstanding.

Singapore law applies, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
